Hon'ble Mr. Justice Pius C. Kuriakose
He graduated in Law from the Maharajas Law College, Ernakulam, Kerala with flying
colors. He joined the Bar on 9th November 1974. He practiced in the Kerala High Court
and in various Sub-Ordinate Courts in and around Ernakulam. Within a few years, he
emerged as one of the most successful and sought-after lawyers at Ernakulam. He
specialized in Civil, Criminal, and Constitutional matters. He had the privilege of
initiating many invoices into the legal profession.
He was appointed as Additional Judge of the Kerala High Court on 9th September 2002
and was designated as a permanent Jude of the Kerela High Court on 8th September
2004. As a Judge of the Kerala High Court he disposed of about 41,000 main cases,
about 500 of them about various disciplines of law were reported in various law journals.
As the first President of the Kerala Mediation Center, he propagated mediation
throughout the State. He had the longest tenure as the President of the Kerala Judicial
Academy.
He was thereafter appointed as the Chief Justice of the High Court of Sikkim on 28th
March 2013 from which he retired on 01.10.2013. Justice Pius Kuriakose was sworn in as
Kerela Lokayukta in the year 2014.

Born on 4th April, 1969 to late Dr. Bollarum Danappa, who worked as Government Doctor specialized in Opthalmology and retired as Deputy Civil Surgeon, Government of erstwhile composite state of Andhra Pradesh and late Smt. Bollarum Meera at Gowlipura, Old City, Hyderabad. Married to Sri Surepalli Madhava Rao, who is a retired Principal District and Sessions Judge and currently a practising Advocate in A.P. High Court. Blessed with only son Dr Surepalli Prashanth, who is a medical graduate and a post graduate in law (MBBS, LL.B, LL.M) and who is not only currently pursuing doctoral studies in law (PhD in Law) from ICFAI Law School, Hyderabad but is also a Practising Advocate.
He is presently working as Special Assistant Public Prosecutor in the High Court for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad. Her Ladyship enrolled as an Advocate on the rolls of Bar Council of Andhra Pradesh on 04-08- 1993. After enrollment as an advocate, joined the Office of Hon’ble Justice G Chandraiah garu (as advocate as he then was) and worked in the said office for about a year. Hon’ble Justice K. Abraham Mathew
Justice Abraham Mathew is a former Kerala High Court Judge. He hails from Chempu
(Vaikom) in Kottayam District and has obtained his Law degree from Law College,
Thane (university of Bombay).
Justice Mathew joined the judicial service in 1988. Initially he joined as a Munsiff Magistrate but was soon promoted to the post of Sub-Judge and District Judge
subsequently.
He was appointed as the Additional Director in the Directorate of Training (renamed as
Kerala Judicial Academy), High Court of Kerala in 2004. He served as the Director in
Kerala Judicial Academy, Erunakulam from 2010-2012. He was then posted as the
Registrar (Vigilance), High Court of Kerala in 2012 and went on to serve as the District
& Sessions Judge, Thodupuzha from March to December 2013.
He was sworn in as the Additional Judge of the High Court of Kerala on 1st January
2014, and was appointed as a permanent judge with effect from 10th March, 2016.
After a glorious career, he retired on 18 January, 2019.

He is a reputed leadership trainer and is a Lions Certified Trainer ( LCIP )the highest training programme of Lions Clubs International.

authored by him have been published in various Regional, National & International Law
Journals.
He has also authored two books in the field of law , both published by LAP LAMBERT
Academic Publishing, Germany which has been translated into six languages including English,
French, German, Italian, Russian, Portuguese and Spanish languages. The books authored by

He has also qualified in TS-SET (Telangana State Eligibility Test) exam -2023 conducted by the
Govt. of Telangana for the post of Asst. Professor/ Lecturer in Law in his first attempt.
He has been appointed as Special Assistant Public Prosecutor in the High Court for the State of
Telangana vide G.O.Rt.No.409 dated 20-07-2024 and has been continuing as such as on date. As
Special Assistant Public Prosecutor in the High Court for the State of Telangana, he has gained
experience in dealing with various criminal matters including Criminal Appeals, Bails, Criminal
Petitions to Quash FIR/Chargesheets, Criminal Revisions etc.
Adv. Rishab Garg
Rishabh is an alumnus of ILS Law College, Pune and National University of
Singapore. He is a Founding Partner at Pransh Law Offices and heads the office at
Raipur, Chhattisgarh. He has previously worked with the Global Litigation and
Arbitration Team of Tech Mahindra Limited, Hyderabad, where he worked on a
myriad of Employment Cases, Arbitrations, Contracts, and Cross-Border Mergers &

Mr. Manav Gecil Thomas
Mr. Manav Gecil Thomas is a Partner at Thomas George & Associates and is a budding Lawyer. He joined the firm right after graduation from ILS Law College, Pune in 2015. His area of work includes litigation in the area of civil, criminal, labour, administration, banking, personal and business law and also assists in handling the non-litigation matters of the firm. A masters in Arbitration law from Osmania University. Began her legal career as a
litigating lawyer at Thomas George & Associates, moved in-house with Asia’s
largest diversified real estate groups, CapitaLand Group (erstwhile Ascendas –
Singbridge), incharge for the Legal Division for its Gurgaon and Hyderabad
Operations. Thereafter, moved into the young and vibrant real estate arm of Bharti
Enterprises, Bharti Realty, in its Legal Department responsible for its top quality
properties in Delhi-NCR. Post her stint at Bharti Realty, she has now joined India’s
largest retail led mixed-use developer, The Phoenix Mills, in its Legal Department.

Mrs. Nirmala Thomas
Mrs. Nirmala Thomas is the Senior Member at O/o. Thomas George and
Associates. ( Advocates & Solicitors) PC Nirmala hails from Hyderabad (Native of
Kerala) and did all of her formal education in Hyderabad. The driving force behind
the firm, who held various positions from Lecturer, Associate Professor, Head of
Department, Academic Dean and Controller of examinations with science as
background under UGC and retired from reputed women's College St.Francis
College for Women retired after 35 years of unwavering dedication.
After her schooling from the prestigious St. Anns High School, she went on to do
B.Sc. from St. Francis College for Women, Begumpet, and further her Masters
from Osmania University. Following her Post Graduation, she joined as a lecturer
in St Francis College for Women and has held many high level positions as
mentioned. While at St. Francis, she also started a nature club ‘Prakriti’ which has
had great success and continues to be a big part of the college.
Post retirement, Mrs. Nirmala Thomas decided to start a new chapter by joining
the field of law full time. She is currently pursuing her legal education from
Osmania University, and intends to use this training to cater to the needs of the
society by uplifting the downtrodden, underprivileged, Environment (Prakruthi)
and to empower women....!
