Dharmashastra National Law UniversityInternship Duration :05/01/2021 to 28/01/2021
Review : During the internship I learned the Research Work of how to find core Case Laws that are really relevant in Court. I was also assigned with the Drafting Work which helped me a lot in my drafting skills as Sir always gave me feedback after I was done with my draft. I also got an opportunity to represent in consumer forums by speaking to the concerned court staff which is not provided in any internship and there I learned basic technicalities of the Court like how to file a fresh petition, how to speak in front of Judge, court etiquettes & mannerisms, how to know about the next date of hearing and listed cases & various other small things to be kept in mind while walking into the court. I also gained knowledge on various new subjects of law like Civil Laws, Criminal Laws, Family Laws & N. I. Act, etc. The work environment in the firm is very friendly and both Thomas Sir and Manav Sir are very supportive, caring, and motivating. All the associates there are also of a very helpful nature.
