Mr. Arijeet Banerjee

Mr. Arijeet Banerjee is the founding partner of Hecto Hendeca Law Firm and a practicing Advocate. A law graduate from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India and enrolled as an Advocate in the year 2009, he has represented many cases Pan –India and has been acknowledged for his work. He has represented clients in many matters involving civil disputes, commercial disputes and criminal offences and has been acknowledged by the clients for having secured favorable orders. Ms. Radhika Gupta

Ms. Radhika Gupta is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution practice group in the Mumbai office. Prior to joining Khaitan & Co, Radhika was an Associate at Wadia Ghandy & Co. (Mumbai).
In her areas of practice, Radhika has represented and advised the following clients :
(1)Advised a Malaysian subsidiary of one of the largest power companies in South East Asia in respect of emergency injunctive reliefs successfully obtained from a SIAC appointed emergency arbitrator against the arbitration proceedings initiated in India by the counterparty and also advised and represented the client in the arbitration proceedings initiated in India
(2)Advised a leading infrastructure company in respect of its disputes with various government corporations, national agencies and state governments in connection with multiple public infrastructure projects across the country
(3)Advised a global offshore drilling company in respect of an oil drilling contract with one of the largest oil and gas exploration companies in India

Ms. Saranya Chandrasekaran

Ms. Saranya Chandrasekaran is currently an Outreach Head at Parantapa Sciences. She has a combined experience of about 5 years in practice of dispute resolution, social entrepreneurship and political campaign management. At present, she works at the cusp of community mobilization and policy reforms in the field of women and child welfare. By education Ms. Saranya Chandrasekaran is a lawyer and has graduated from National University of Singapore with a Masters in Dispute Resolution and International Law. Thereafter, she practiced in the field of alternate dispute resolution in Bangalore, Karnataka. She has also fervently participated in matters directed towards social betterment and has worked as a political consultant in the Karnataka Assembly elections, National General Elections as well as the Municipal elections.

Mr. Aman Dutta

Mr. Aman Datta pursued Law from ILS Law College, Pune and immediately joined the Litigation team at the Pune office of prominent Mumbai based real estate law firm M/s Hariani & Co., Advocates & Solicitors. He subsequently moved to the Mumbai office of M/s Hariani & Co. Mr. Aman then joined AZB & Partners (Pune) in 2018 and worked extensively on Arbitration Proceedings and, matters before the District Courts at Pune. Mr. Aman commenced his independent practice towards the end of 2018, founding his Chambers with a definite focus on Trial Court work, Arbitration and Commercial Litigation. And since then, he has already appeared before various Arbitral authorities, in matters concerning Arbitration proceedings. Aman appears as arguing counsel regularly before the National Company Law Tribunal at Mumbai and a myriad of other Courts and Fora. He has also appeared in criminal matters. His core areas of interest include Arbitration & Conciliation, Civil Procedure & Evidence, Insolvency Law, Company Law, Contract Law, Testamentary Law and, the laws governing transfer & development of land and real property.

Ms. Tanya Singh

Ms. Tanya is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution Team at the Mumbai office of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. She has experience in commercial litigation and arbitration (both domestic and international) and is currently assisting her team handle disputes both of general commercial nature as well as public and regulatory disputes across sectors, including administrative, white collar, sports, media and entertainment, food and beverage, planning and environment and public sector projects.

Mr. Jerin Asher Sojan

Mr. Jerin studied law at the Tamil Nadu National Law University, Trichy and in 2018 he graduated in law. He started his career as an Advocate associated with Senior Counsel, Mr. P H Arvindh Pandian, handling cases before the NCLT, NCLAT Southern bench, and Commercial Litigation before the Madras High Court.

Mr. Rahul Thomas

Mr. Rahul Thomas is a practicing advocate in the Telangana High court. He is a law graduate from Christ University, Bengaluru. He has been an avid debater and mooter and received several accolades in the same during his college days. He has participated in the prestigious Philip C. Jessup and Leiden Sarin International moot court competition.

Mr. Vaibhav Vora

Mr. Vaibhav Vora hails from a city named Solapur in the south-central part of Maharashtra. He currently works as Executive Manager Legal & Compliance at Reliance Industries. He finished his BSL LLB from ILS Pune and further pursued an LLM from IIT Chicago Kent College of Law. He had the opportunity to work with top-tier law firms like K & L Gates and companies like Diageo in the United States. He also is an avid traveler and a state level lawn tennis player.

Mr. Mahir Chablani

Mr. Mahir Chablani is a Senior Associate with a top mumbai based law firm. Prior to joining the firm he is currently at he has worked at the Chambers of Counsel Rohan Shah and Ernst and Young India LLP. Mahir has been involved in various Indirect Tax advisory, litigation and structuring assignments.

Mr. Ishaan George

Mr. Ishaan George is an Advocate on Record at the Supreme Court of India. He completed his graduation from National University of Advanced Legal Studies, Kochi and started his career as an In-House Legal Counsel with the mining conglomerate Vedanta Resources Plc. He then joined the chambers of Senior Advocate Mr. P.S. Narasimha, the former Addnl. Solicitor General of India where he represented the Govt. of India. He was also part of the International legal team defending India before the International Tribunal for the Law of Seas at Hamburg, Germany in the Italian Marines-Indian Fishermen Shooting Case (Enrica Lexie Incident: Republic of Italy v. Republic of India). He also assisted in the National Judicial Accountability Bill challenge in the Supreme Court amongst other major matters. He is also a Panel Counsel to the Ministry of External Affairs in which role he provides legal assistance to Indian Diplomats in various countries. He also trains Ministry officers on legal issues, particularly on issues relating to the Right to Information Act. He now has an independent litigation chamber based out of Delhi.
